This group is for anyone interested in having fun and meeting new people while getting in shape! We provide updates on new classes and upcoming workshops and events at World In Motion through this page. Our current class offerings include tribal, cabaret and fusion bellydance for all ages including children-seniors, Bellygroove bellydance fitness, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Zumbatomic (for kids), Nia, Tai Chi, BodyWork and Middle Eastern drumming. Join us a couple times a month to share ideas while spinning by wheel or spindle. Experienced spinners as well as newbies are welcome! If you don't have a wheel we may have one to rent.
